The overall experience was excellent. Mr. Ferguson personally answered my call on a Saturday and prepared my quote. His guys showed up on time. They all had excellent attitudes, even though it was a lot of work and took nearly 9 hours. Every time I came up with something new to do, they immediately got to it. Additionally, they did not put a single mark or gouge into the walls of my new house. I would highly recommend John Ferguson Moving and would use them again in the future.

I needed my piano moved and I wanted to make sure it was done safely without any harm. It was a Sunday, and I went online and requested 3 quotes. Another of my preferences was that it was done by a local business. The next day (Monday), I received only one response and that was from John Ferguson Moving. I did a quick look up and I found out that John Ferguson was local, and had been in business for 20 years. (for me a very good indication of being a reputable hard-working company here in El Paso) My online response was then followed by a text, and a phone call that same day. Matthew was very professional and addressed all my questions/concerns promptly. After I accepted the quote, (which was very reasonable), Matthew sent me all the paperwork needed via email. I was asked to place a deposit, but I felt really confident and paid in full up front. The day of the move the workers showed up promptly, and were also very professional and customer oriented. The move was done promptly and successfully.

I needed to do a long distance move on short notice from El Paso to Kyle TX. I had to coordinate this while working between Texarkana and Louisiana. John was great with showing up within 48 hours for an onsite estimate. Movers arrived within the week to crate a one bedroom apartment. They also helped me trash excess junk from the garage. A few months later they delivered everything Kyle with extra support in fixing the bed frame. John has a great, caring, patient and professional crew, both loading and delivering. Items held well in 2 month storage. Definitely recommend John and his crew anytime!!

I have used John Fergusons for packing and moving several times and I will never use ANYONE else. In October, Mike, Adrian and Herbert packed up my stuff and I have a lot of glassware...old china, glasses, etc. and everything was well packed and there was no damage at all. A couple days later, Mike Adrian and Dan moved my stuff from my apartment to storage. There were 3 flights of stairs, no elevator and I have a lot of really heavy furniture. They did an AMAZING job. Smiling, happy, joking with us the whole time. They took great care of my stuff and I felt completely at ease. The move took much longer than expected because of the sheer volume, but they were very fair with pricing and charged me exactly what they quoted. Who does that? I would recommend this group to anyone moving. We moved a 4 bedroom house with an oversized garage long distance and the team was fantastic! Matthew coordinated the entire move from beginning to end, the owner John personally called to be sure our needs were met and Carlos, Jesus and Ricardo did the packing and transport between our two homes. They were kind, considerate and extremely hardworking! We are so glad we found this company! Matthew was simply fantastic to work with! He stayed in constant contact with me to coordinate the move and made sure we were fully satisfied from beginning to end!

Great Experience with John Ferguson Moving! We recently used John Ferguson Moving and they were great from start to finish. The service was professional, reliable, and absolutely worth the price. Their communication was excellent and made the entire process stress-free. We received helpful emails months in advance to assist with budgeting and planning. They used texting for quick updates and confirmations, which was very convenient. The moving staff were polite, incredibly efficient, and careful with all of our belongings. This month we moved from a rental house to our new home. John Ferguson Moving Company was recommended by our realtor and our rental company. Once I contacted Ferguson Moving everything was easy. We communicated through email and they responded timely consistently to answer all our questions. Moving day they called ahead to let us know they were on the way. We had Mike and Patrick and they were very professional, friendly, and efficient. They moved our 3 bedroom home and everything smoothly. They did a great job and finished in 4 hours. At the notifying several other moving companies, I decided to commit to John Ferguson‘s Moving Company and I’m glad that I did. The company was very prompt very punctual, arriving on time and fully prepared to move my bedroom furniture to a second story room. The moving team were very considerate, taking care to not cause any damage to my furniture or my walls. He sent a team of four members who deinstall and reinstall all of my furnishings, placing it exactly where I wanted it to go without any complaints or hesitations I felt very taken care of with this company, and I would highly recommend them again. We moved from Ohio to El Paso, Texas, we moved into a rental home to make sure we liked El Paso. Moving down we used Atlas, which ran us $20,000. After a few months in El Paso we decided to buy a home, not knowing any moving companies we reached out to the company who did our inspections, they immediately recommended John Ferguson. We were not disappointed, they came to our home and gave us an estimate, they handled our belongings like they were moving brand new furniture. All involved with our move were very nice and took very good care for our belongings. NOTHING got damaged in the move, not even a scratch. They were fast and packed our furniture in moving blankets. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of reasonable and good movers. They were better than the company who charged us $20,000.00. John’s Ferguson Moving Company is honest and reliable
